Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data myeabook processes, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we process
- Account data: email address, display name, handle, a hash of your password and your two-factor settings.
- Trading data you upload: MT5 reports and the account details they contain, such as broker, server, account number and leverage.
- Security data: active sessions, and IP addresses stored as keyed hashes for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- Billing data: plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Share-link access counts, recorded per day without storing the viewer's IP address in clear text.
2. Why we process it
To provide the service you signed up for, keep accounts secure, bill paid plans, send account emails such as verification and security notices, and meet legal obligations.
3. What others can see
Systems are private by default. When you publish a page or create a share link, viewers see the analytics permitted by your visibility settings. Account number, broker, server, leverage and money amounts can each be hidden.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie on the app site, and a short-lived cookie that remembers an unlocked password-protected share link. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Processors and transfers
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, file storage and payments. They process data only on our instructions. The list of processors and the safeguards for international transfers will be completed after legal review.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your systems, reports and analytics are deleted, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Most of this is available in your account settings; otherwise contact us. Operator and contact details will be completed after legal review.
